I was on the Tempe High School Job and all I can say is call and ask for Bill the maintenance supervisor and all I heard was how much Roofing Southwest screwed up the job. The broke all kinds of stuff, had crews not show and in the end made Bill very unhappy. In talking to the job foreman Tim and Rick all they did was threaten and complain about the job. If you have a commercial roofing job I suggest you look elsewhere or you to may not like this companys work.

I purchased my home in 2015 and the prior owner had a warranty with Roof Medics on a section of roof that they did. I hired them to do the remaining roof sections two weeks ago on my flat roof areas with foam. Daryl and the team are very knowledgeable and showed up on the stated installation date.
