attempted to charge for work not done.then charged 100.00 dollars for gluing 2 tiles on roof that my son could have done if given the option.this was all done without an estimate or option given . invoice received about 4 months after work done.

Customer Service was excellent, and the roofer went above and beyond to ensure I wouldn't have any problems post repair. I would recommend this company.

This place is weird field estimator very unprofessional come to the home sit in the car for a long time according to my neighbor and leave without ringing the door bell, out of the blue I get an estimate I thought these people are highway robbers I didnt get any estimate from them what so ever.. customers service is just as bad beware people

My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Communication was GREAT. The crew worked hard to get the job done right before the holidays like we were hoping and did a great job cleaning up! I I highly recommend!!

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. Where should I start?? Well after the last crazy rain spell we had, we started to notice some buckling on our living room ceiling. After hours of researching I decided to call Arizona Rood Rescue. Spoke with Alan, who is actually the owner and he was very helpful. We were expecting the worst but luckily just needed a few repairs in a few spots. The cost was very resonable. The workers showed up on times and were very nice and got right to work. No more leaky ceilings for us! I definitely plan on telling all my friends about Alan and his great company.
