I cannot say enough about the service I received from Venturi when the roof over my garage failed and there was extensive water damage. From Chris who came out and surveyed the damage and kept in touch all the way through the repair process, to John from Summit roofing in Queen creek who went above and beyond in repairing the roof, to Jon who supervised the the interior work. It's a wonderful team that came to my rescue and resolved a stressful situation. Thank you!

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.
I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.

Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in the estimate she told me they don't give the workers the estimate.
I asked how does that contractor then know the estimate to stay within? She then tells me I refused anyone to come out and hung up! I've waited patiently for over 2 months just for an estimate. my frustration, doesn't stem from having some one out to repair it. My frustration is this company doesn't seem to want to fulfill the job they've been contracted to do and paid for! I'm happy to receive a refund back to the insurance company for the work not done but I have a lack of faith that they will even refund it timely seeing as it took over 2 months just to communicate an estimate! I see by other complaints they've done this to others recently.

The difference between a good, great and amazing company is not just the quality of the finished product, but also how the company interacts with their clients and addresses any issues that may arise. That is what makes ASAP an amazing company! We were displaced from our home for 5 1/2 months due to water damage caused by a plumber installing a water softener. We called ASAP to complete the reconstruction on recommendation of a friend as we were not happy with the ethics of the remedial company the plumbing company had called in. From the very beginning ASAP was by our side. A few bumps in the road were handled quickly and efficiently, and it was quite evident that this is a company that cares about the quality of their work and the client relationships that they build. A very special thanks to Tony for taking the time out of a very busy schedule to meet with us to address some minor concerns; Doug - a huge thank you! Your personal attention to our situation and helping walk us through the muddy waters of dealing with a 3rd party claim was amazing! Couldn't have kept my sanity without your help. John, our project manager - words cannot express how thankful we are for all of your hard work and support throughout this entire process. Your personal attention to your clients is unsurpassed! Largest Monsoon storm of the year, I was called after midnight to do a cleanup of a property that this company manages. They were already on site in the middle of the storm cleaning up a roof that had collapsed and storm damage he was very adamant about getting somebody out there right away and making sure it was taken care of so his customer could open early that morning. So we did just that! His goal was to have his customer not lose a minute of his normal operating business hours. I will say that if I ever need somebody to manage my property and take care of everything from A to Z it would be this company and Justin Herman. He was a pleasure to deal with and I am sure that good properties were the only ones on the Block open that morning. You Get what you pay for. I truly believe that if you find someone like Justin Herman, he is priceless. To find somebody that will take care of your property as good as you would or better, is like finding a unicorn.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

He came to paint my door and entrance to my attic. He did an A+ job. It all same out better than I expected.

I hired Mesic Contracting to do Re-Leveling on my grandmas manufactured home in Mesa. They do excellent work and will definetly use again.

These guys are good. We had part of a ceiling fall in our back room with the resulting flood & property damage one would expect. From the time I called my insurance who put me through to Valleywide Restoration, we got an assessment and a tarp on the roof in just under 3 hours.
