Best Design And Construction in Phoenix AZ

My only complaint with this company is that after sending them blueprints of two large projects I needed proposals of and after being told three times that they were interested and would get back to me, they never contacted me with a yes or a no? Would have been professional to at least tell me they were to busy.

It was a fortunate decision indeed to have these good folks re roof my house that I built 35 years ago. From salesman through all the other good men that made my roof whole again and looking better than when I built it,

I was in a hurry to replace my roof because Tesla solar was installing my system and had moved up my installation date. Pinnacle was able to bump up my roof installation a few weeks in order to accommodate my solar install. I really appreciated this. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional. I was happy with my new roof.

Made broken promises

The service and installation was great. Our estimate was right on time and the actual roofing was on time and quality. What else can you ask for. We would recommend In-Ex Designs to anyone.

My husband and I spoke with Ray and at first were very pleased. we were going to install a giant sliding glass door in our new home. we learned after we put down $5000 that he was just a salesman. He misused our funds by hiring an engineer first before even pulling the plans from the city. He miscommunicated to the engineer what we wanted and completely misquoted. He kept saying we didn't have a post-tension slab when we told him multiple times that we did. We kept getting told yeah, that's what I've said after we corrected him on multiple things: he originally recommended the complete opposite (i.e. drilling into the foundation on a known post-tension slab). Misuse of funds entirely, didn't send us the correct refund amount, and disregarded what we wanted/our budget. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Beware of their pickup trucks. A-hole driver of one of their clearly marked pickup trucks tailgated and generally drove unsafe a couple hours north of Phoenix on 1/3/16.

They did a complete asphalt roof replacement as contracted. I am very satisfied. The job was completed when they said. The team is a hard working group that produced a fine result. The clean up was complete and meticulous.

Mark, owner of Dunne Roofing Services, was great to work with. During the rainy, and very busy time this fall Mark was able to fit us in for repairs to our roof when we really need him. Last year I had Arizona Native Roofing re-do my roof in an attempt to be proactive in caring for my roof. They did a phenomenal job. This year again, I am being proactive and had them re-do the tile portion. I was completely satisfied last year and I am again completely satisfied this year. During the most recent storms I had no problems. I trust this company and I trust the owner.

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
