Lars, is by far, the best. He raises the bar for customer service. Last year, when he first came to our home to price a foam roof, he spent a substantial amount of time with my husband and me helping us to identify non-roof related leaking problems, going to great lengths to help us find the right product needed and where, as a non contractor, we could purchase the products. The bid for the foam roof was competitive, the work was scheduled, they showed up when they said they would and completed the job to our satisfaction.
We just called Renco this past week concerning the tile roof overhanging our entry way. Lars came out to access and determined that the roof may or may not be our problem. Rather than trying to sell us a job that we may not need, he provided some sealant and proceeded to help my husband seal some wood beams that may be causing the problem. If we end up needing to replace tiles, or the tile roof, we will definitely be using Renco.

I will start at the point of getting estimates for a new roof. The owner of Brown Roofing did the estimate himself. The first thing Craig told me was to get three quotes and to make sure to compare apples to apples on materials/extras he would offer versus his competitors. He spent the time to explain how the roof would be installed and answered any questions I had. Brown Roofing was the only company that gave me an all inclusive price onsite (there would be no surprises). Craig price was in the middle but he offered more than any competitor and had the best warranty.

The owner Craig was onsite the first day of the job to ensure any questions I had were answered and to get his crew going. The crew from Brown Roofing arrived early each day and worked long hours. They added extra flashing and designed a drain for my dead valley that I would have never envisioned. After a day of hard work they went the extra mile to do an impeccable cleanup job.

Craig ended the job by doing a final inspection and adding touch ups as if he was working on his own home. I felt like to entire process could not have gone any better. Brown Roofing gets top rating for a reason. They run a business with integrity and have a sincere desire to go the extra mile for their clients. I will recommend Brown Roofing to anyone that asks.

I am giving 2 stars before overall the roof looks good, however, their customer service is far lacking what it should be. I feel they've become so big, they can no longer give customers the attention needed to provide a good overall experience.

In 2018, our roof like many others got hit with that micro-burst and our insurance told us it's better to just get it replaced than fixed. We ultimately went with Lyons because they were a RosieOnTheHouse recommended contractor.

I'd like to state up front. There was nothing big that went wrong. This negative review is the result of many, many small incidents that built up to an overall bad experience.

Also, due to character limits I cannot go into detail on each, but will just list a quick list of everything they failed to meet good customer service on. Anyone can feel free to contact me directly and I will expand on any bullet point with more details.

Our problems started with getting in touch with them.
• Initial estimate was lost in their spam folder. Multiple times they took days, if not weeks to respond. One time, I had to reach out to them several weeks later for confirmation of start date.

This continued on from the start to finish of project.
• No phone call before they showed up 1st day (I was told there would be a heads up before anyone arrived)
• Project ran several days longer than estimated
• Roofers came at odd hours including 530 am with no warning
• Satellite antennae cable was cut
• Debris left behind after work was done.
• Large stack of unopened boxes left in driveway for days after work was done.
• Roof looked great except 2 parts. Small bubble in one spot and issue with metal stripping along flat wall.
• Project manager showed up for final walkthrough but did not contact me while there.
• No final walk-through with PM.

Even after project ended, we had issues with billing.
• Pre-Lein notice sent to house before actual invoice.
• Invoice sent on a Friday with a deposit on it that we did not make
• Accounting adjusted invoice with no explanation how deposit was put on invoice
• They failed to run the payment for the invoice after asking them twice. (got a temporary spending increase only valid that day)
• Next day, asked why they didn’t run payment. Was given an excuse that didn't make sense.

We asked for these concerns to be escalated to a manager, which more problems occurred
• Manager kept focusing on the 2 parts of the roof we had concerns of, kept ignoring everything else

He eventually came out to look at roof and while out there.
• Stated the small bubble in roof was not there. Said the damage to the metal sheet was normal
• Damaged a shingle with his ladder
• Talked in a very dismissive manner to me during our conversation
• Asked What are you looking for exactly after I finished telling him all my concerns
• Tried to put the whole thing back on me, saying his people complained about me being difficult to get in touch with
• Never once apologized for the overall experience being subpar
• He never followed up since he left

He did agree to send the project manager back out there to look at the metal sheet. He came out on a Friday. The PM came back out the following Thursday, a full week later. Giving praise where it's due, he did correct the issues with the metal sheet while he was there. It looked 100x better than how the actual roofers left it.
I left a review on Facebook that same day (before he showed up). I got a VM from a lady named Pepper. More kudos where it's due, she did apology for the overall experience and asked me to call her to discuss the whole thing.
I returned her call the following Monday and left a VM for her to call back. Have not heard from her since…

So in summary, their quality of work on the actual roof is good. They aren't perfect but no one is.
Their horrible customer service though should make anyone consider other companies. Especially when this place prides itself on customer service. The cost vs how we were treated caused us to never go with them again.

Its my job and I love it

Home Inspector identified stains on eaves after recent heavy rain. Recommended an expert inspect for leaks. Alex (manager) was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable about their inspection process. Their technician Chris inspected the roof and repaired flashing. He was very kind and honest with his inspection in which he detected no leaks. This company has INTEGRITY with TRUST!

This is an excellent company.
From the extra attention to detail, to the high quality workmanship, you know you're dealing with a professional company that represents the highest of standards. Very hard working team that met our stringent timeline. Clean up was done daily, and debris moved immediately upon completion.
Highly recommend, and already have.

I am pleased with the work that they have done and would strongly recommend it. I went through a number of roofing companies that I discovered on Google, and Precision Roofing provided the most accurate estimate out of all of them. I had the roof of the garage replaced. Every day, they arrived promptly and cleaned up after themselves afterward. Will engage in future transactions.

Just had my shingle roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. Service was excellent, from the initial free estimate, they gave me an excellent price and finished my 2100 sq ft home in 3 days. They also made sure the site was nice and clean when they left and were very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Had a leak with water running into my wall. Jack The Roofer found the problem. My Satellite dish had pulled away with the brackets leaving a space for water to enter.

I was in a hurry to replace my roof because Tesla solar was installing my system and had moved up my installation date. Pinnacle was able to bump up my roof installation a few weeks in order to accommodate my solar install. I really appreciated this. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional. I was happy with my new roof.

Great work and fair prices.

Great company! I was a little stressed after our roof starting leaking during a rain storm. The response time was quick (even though we are not located very close to their office). The customer service was excellent, and the crew did the job without interfering with our schedule or making a lot of noise. Our repair was a relatively small one from a recent storm--the price was very reasonable. If I ever have a big roofing job, they have earned my business. I have already recommended them to my parents and will continue to recommend them to others.

Hands down the best contractor I've ever worked with, from start to finish these guys were amazing. I had a portion of my roof redone and they did an amazing job. They scheduled me in when everyone else said they couldn't do it. They priced the job fair and did everything they said they would. Craftsmanship was A++. I really can't say enough good thigth about them I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I was on the Tempe High School Job and all I can say is call and ask for Bill the maintenance supervisor and all I heard was how much Roofing Southwest screwed up the job. The broke all kinds of stuff, had crews not show and in the end made Bill very unhappy. In talking to the job foreman Tim and Rick all they did was threaten and complain about the job. If you have a commercial roofing job I suggest you look elsewhere or you to may not like this companys work.
