Our experience began with a professional and insightful follow-up for Lyons roofing to submit a proposal to do a complete repair of our 40 year-old clay tile roof over our main home and re-roofing of our flat patio roof. The proposal was thorough, carefully throughout, and fully discussed during the proposal visit and final acceptance visit.
The actual roofing job was done by an exceptionally gifted group of three experienced roofers, led by a job foreman who continually exhibited care, thought, and pride in doing the best job possible. This foreman communicated with us, the supervisor, and safety officer regularly, yet consistently exhibited leadership in doing the job properly and much better than the original roof that lasted 40 years with only minor leaks. We have never been more satisfied with a large, important job as this, constantly feeling that we certainly got more than than our money's worth and constantly were great full that we selected Lyons for this job. Plus, we continually were in awe of the roofers expertise and competency. Everything that we expected to be done was done, and even much better than expected. I’ve used Gryphon for several patch-up jobs and there have been no leaks. Later I went with a cheaper company, and after a couple rains, the leak was back. Forget it, I thought...I’m calling Gryphon to replace the entire roof.

The workers were on time and cleaned up well. The only disappointments were that there were tire marks left on the driveway and debris in the pool.

Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.
