Didn’t do all the things promised like sealing the eves and the base below the stucco wall in specific areas. Also, pointed out how their up/down and side to side painting covered the stucco properly, pointing out the previous inferior paint coverage, but there were plenty of places that didn’t have full coverage. There was also a lot of old scraped off paint all over the ground that made a mess. If not for criticizing the old paint and promising things they didn’t actually do or didn’t do that well, I would have probably rated higher. But with the high price, I expected better.

I would highly recommend Randy and his whole team at Top Star from beginning to end they were great to deal with his team was very clean and neat communication was great throughout the entire process I own a pest control business so being in the service industry this is exactly how I hope my employees are representing my company if you are looking for a painter these are the guys you are looking for thank you again Randy

Adrian and his crews were outstanding. In three weeks they were able to make major modifications to our home to enhance listing value. Trades included demolition, painting, carpentry and trim, plumbing, and electrical. They were timely, very competitive, and their work was high quality. Timely turn around allowed us to get the best value for our home sale.

Our original painters (not paint ops) pushed us back a week when we were 2 weeks out from having a baby. I called Travis to ask if he could start our project in just 3 days thinking it would be a no. To my complete surprise he was so extremely nice to talk to and did everything he could to make it happen! He came over 30 min after our phone call to do our walk through/ quote and I was very impressed with his process.

All the rooms/ areas are really conveniently itemized so you have the ability to prioritize your wants and get your spend where you’re comfortable in a way that takes so much less time than having to call to ask how much something would be if you took X,Y,Z off and rework an entirely new document. I also liked that there was a sense of transparency behind the prices that would be consistent for removing or adding on. I really trust that.

He provides you with a folder that showcases exactly what you can expect from Paint Ops and the one thing I really liked about the company was that they have a list of local charities that they allow you to select and will donate a portion of their profit to that charity.

Paint Ops is genuinely THE most professional paint company I’ve spoken to in this area. They are incredibly kind and humble people and are running an excellent business. Our house looks incredible and they made sure to do a great job cleaning up after themselves, even helping set back up some decorations. It was so easy with them from the beginning, from the initial process to the actual job. I would not have been this happy had we gone with anyone else and I’m really glad it all worked out like it did!!

Candle is a very good painter and really knows his stuff. He is very professional and gets things done to your likings. His knowledge about different kinds of paints is awesome and he even takes time and tell you how he is going to do everything. Envision Painting actually showed up on time and did what they were supposed to to!! i've had so many bad experiences with other contractor... They come look at the house and never send a quote, you cant get a hold of them. Even when I've tried hiring people in the past, they never seem to show up to start the job when they are supposed to - It is such a PAIN IN THE A$$!! Until I found Envision - they truly are a class act. They answer my calls, or respond quickly. They always show up on time, the get the job done properly, and best of all, they don't even charge a deposit!!! I will never look for another painter again!
