We were out of town when a high wind partially twisted our roof wind turbine off. We called TSM roofing from our of state on a friend’s recommendation. They promptly checked the condition of the roof and replaced our turbine. We were informed promptly of needs and appropriate repairs were made. I’ll keep their info in my contacts for future use.

Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix.
