Best Replace in Phoenix AZ

Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season. It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. Family company, used on 4 jobs, always top quality

This company put my roof on the back half of my house because there was leak that soaked my main bath's ceiling. The job looked very good and upon further inspection I notice that I could see all the nails that were used in the eaves around my roof. I called and they sent out a rep to fix it. Well the first rain after my roof leaked in a different location and created large brown spot in my master room. I called them and they came out and patched what they thought might have caused it. Never did they enter my attic to see if they could see where it leaked. So I called and asked who would be correcting the damage in the master bedroom ceiling, Steve acted like it wasn't a big deal that his company's work caused this and seemed to think I should be fixing it and then agreed to have someone come out. I'm still waiting 3 weeks later. Customer service for this company stinks and I recommend trying someone else!

To date we have had several major roofing projects for re-coating, extensive repairs and partial tear offs throughout our portfolio with C&N. Each project is well managed, communication is abundant including photo documentation and videos. Service for on-call repairs is prompt and easy to schedule. Storm damage repairs are speedy and the follow up has always been thorough.

It's clear that the team at C&N are dedicated to their craft; they invest the time to provide outstanding customer service and support through the different processes. 10/10 highly recommend.

Very reliable and amazing staff!

Terrible experience January 3 paid $2250 as 50% down for roof repairs and resealing. I was promised at that time the work would be complete by January 12. No one showed up. After numerous emails and phone calls we were promised the work would be complete by January 18. January 19 a worker came out and used an air blower on the roof. To our complete surprise on January 22 D&L roofing made an additional unauthorized charge to my visa for $1125. After another series of emails and phone calls we were promised our roof would be complete by January 26. On January 26 a worker came out and removed a large portion of patching material that was covering a large crack on our roof leaving or roof exposed to the elements. After all that we were fed up and asked Steve for a full refund. Steve agreed to refund us but as of today (February 19) has not yet done so. We are disputing charges through our Visa card. We filled a complaint through the Better Business bureau, D&L never responded and have now filled a complaint with the registrar of contractors. Buyer Beware

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
