Best A/C System Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

We were recommended to Harper's Roofing by a co-worker of mine. She had great things to say about the overall experience, price and costumer service. However, when my husband called Harper's Roofing this week for an estimate for our roof, he was greeted with an attitude and short responses. The lady that called him seemed annoyed and asked how he heard of them and he explained that we were a personal referral. The lady on the phone responded rudely and seemed to have an issue with the fact that they are located in Mesa and our home is located in the North Phoenix area. (Their website clearly says they serve the Phoenix area). She further stated that it would be at least 2 months before they could get someone out to do an estimate in our area because we live so far north. It came across that she didn't understand why if we live in the North Phoenix area that we would call a place located in Mesa.

Perhaps it's because I work in Mesa and my co-worker had a good experience with your company. Perhaps it's because we need an estimate for our roof and wanted to use a company that someone personally recommended. Perhaps it's because you had a 5 star rating on Google.

There are ways of nicely turning away a potential client. Maybe instead of being rude, you could have said, Unfortunately we just can't get someone out to your area for a while because we have a lot of repairs going on at the moment and because we are located in Mesa it might be best to find a closer roofing company to your area that can get you an appointment sooner. But we appreciate the referral and good luck to you.

Something along those lines would have been fine. I spoke to my co-worker who referred Harper's Roofing and she was shocked to hear that we were turned away so rudely, considering she spoke to the same lady multiple times while her roof was being repaired and said she was nice throughout the entire process. However, that's not the communication style we were given over a simple estimate.

Word of mouth travels fast when you have a good experience. But it travels even faster when it's bad.

Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly. He's a man of his word in his prices are good. I recommended him to two other neighbors. Thanks Charlie you're the best.

Just purchased a new house in Scottsdale Rio Verde area. The inspector found the roof to be in need of replacement. I called 3 roofing contractors and All City came out when they said and gave me a fair price. Mike the estimator spent time to explain the process and followed up with me to help us get the roof installation set up and completed.

The tile roof came out so nice and they finished when they said they would. I am recommending this company for anyone who needs a roof for their home. Thank you so much!

I purchased my home in 2015 and the prior owner had a warranty with Roof Medics on a section of roof that they did. I hired them to do the remaining roof sections two weeks ago on my flat roof areas with foam. Daryl and the team are very knowledgeable and showed up on the stated installation date. The crew was very clean and did a thorough job. I even received before and after images of the work with a final invoice. I highly recommend Roof Medics.

The combination of ALLROOFS and GAF can't be beat.
