Best Tile Repair in Phoenix AZ

This guy should be locked up - repaired the roof of the home i am in for the previous owner. failed to put in a double sheath - he told the owner it had a double sheath. We bought the home -and it rained in Oct for a few days., water leaked into the home the exact placec that he said he did the repair.. Mark Dunn estimate to repair his mistake was for $5000. He would not fix what he messed up for less.
I found my old roofer in Scottsdale and he did nit for $550.

My roof was leaking so bad water was pouring in. Northgroup came over and fixed the roof. We have had numbers storms since the repair and no problem. The crew was efficient, clean no debris was left. I would recommend Northgroup to anyone that needs roof repair.

These guys are great! They replaced my roof after the monsoon storms at the end of last year. Their pricing was great! The workmanship was great! They got everything done in a timely manner and we are very happy. They handled the insurance claim and worked very well with the insurance company making the whole claim process easy. Terrible experience January 3 paid $2250 as 50% down for roof repairs and resealing. I was promised at that time the work would be complete by January 12. No one showed up. After numerous emails and phone calls we were promised the work would be complete by January 18. January 19 a worker came out and used an air blower on the roof. To our complete surprise on January 22 D&L roofing made an additional unauthorized charge to my visa for $1125. After another series of emails and phone calls we were promised our roof would be complete by January 26. On January 26 a worker came out and removed a large portion of patching material that was covering a large crack on our roof leaving or roof exposed to the elements. After all that we were fed up and asked Steve for a full refund. Steve agreed to refund us but as of today (February 19) has not yet done so. We are disputing charges through our Visa card. We filled a complaint through the Better Business bureau, D&L never responded and have now filled a complaint with the registrar of contractors. Buyer Beware

Previous owner had work done by Collum. When a storm hit and our roof leaked, I left them voicemails and sent messages. When no-one answered I found another company who immediately sent someone out and they were helpful. A week later, Collum got in touch to say that to even start the process of getting someone out, there's a form I should have known to fill out on their site! Why didn't they tell me that? So frustrating. Be warned.
