I call them to set a estimate and told them not to bother my wife to call me and that was not put in the notes . Then they just don't bother telling you that they are not going to give you service they just keep telling you that they will have the guy call you so very bad service over all.

When he got there he was able to give us a really good price and saved us some money by giving us some tips. The day of the job they showed up on time and knocked out the job really fast. I had a little storm damage from the east valley storms in early August, my insurance adjuster said not to bother with a claim because it wouldn't cost enough. I got 4 quotes from folks in the valley, Dunne came in about $800 under the other rip-offs in the valley. Mark was wicked easy to work with, worked with me on scheduling, and did great quality work. I wish more of the Arizona service industry was more like these guys.

My roof sustained significant damage this monsoon season resulting in 9 different leaking areas. After receiving estimates from numerous roofing companies, I found Jeff (owner) to be the most honest regarding what portions of my roof needed repair now and which portions could wait. Mike is awesome! From the moment he showed up and we started talking I really liked the experience. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and he’s been doing foam roofs for 15 years so it became pretty evident he did good work. He was very prompt on all the days, and actually he was able to come out a week earlier than he’s promised, which was even better. I really liked working with them too because there’s something really cool about a smaller company, with Mike you’re getting the super high quality of a big company, but without overspending like you might with a company doing radio ads all day long. I’d definitely recommend him to all!

Absolutely horrible experience. Rude and strung out workers, doing a sloppy job and leaving a huge mess behind. Do not use this company.

Previous owner had work done by Collum. When a storm hit and our roof leaked, I left them voicemails and sent messages. When no-one answered I found another company who immediately sent someone out and they were helpful. A week later, Collum got in touch to say that to even start the process of getting someone out, there's a form I should have known to fill out on their site! Why didn't they tell me that? So frustrating. Be warned.

I had this company come to repair my roof. They took my money (3000$+) but did NOTHING. I lived out of town so no chance to inspect their work. By that time I assumed all the ppl will do their job with honesty. I was too naive. My neighbor helped me inspect the roof and told me nothing had been done. I had to go through a dispute process with Arizona Registrar of Contractors to get my money back. I have learned so much from this lesson. Never assume with granted that ppl will do their job.
