One of the Best, I take that back...the BEST roofing contractors in Arizona. They now do re-roofs for all those homes at the 15-20 year mark.Get a hold of them, I worked with John, one of the Residential estimators there. From the minute he showed up until the final cleanup of my property it was all communicated to me daily, status of the job, issues they came across and lastly the Final walk of the roof with photos so I could see the results and attention to detail these professionals have. I couldn't ask for a better experience with a roofing company. Thank you Diversified, you showed me why you're the biggest and best roofing company in Arizona.

The manager was very helpful in assisting us with our insurance claim and made the process painless. He and his crews were always courteous and professional. We are getting many positive complements on our new roof and gutters. I would work with them again!

Gryphon Roofing was excellent, fixing a complex leak as well as the mess left by the first roofers we had. I could not be more impressed and pleased with Alberto, who worked alone (!), speedily and skillfully, and shared photographs that documented the work done. I was fast approaching the need for a roof repair. My neighbor had used Ready Roofing and was very satisfied with their service, price and professionalism. I have a complex roof on a medium to large sized home. When I needed estimates for my roof replacement, I added Ready Roofing into the four estimate I received.

When I was comparing the estimate, I did not just go on price, I reviewed references, the quality of the workmen used and the materials being specked out for the complete job. I also went with my gut feeling for the people with whom I spoke and their professionalism. I was working with a neighbor down the street and we were comparing notes as he too was looking to have his roof replaced. The same reasons, we both chose Ready Roofing.

Steve was in constant contact with us and let us know what to expect, when and who would be running our job, and the timeframe for all aspects of the job. His teams were neat, on time and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were able to finish the job on the early side of the estimate.

There were no added surprises for the final bill.

Very happy how the roof came out. Tim was on top of the entire process and made sure that it was nothing short of perfection.

Sean came out for the initial bid, he took extra time to explain some things more in detail then others had. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call, text or email him if I had any questions. When I called him to request SDC's certificate of insurance he had no issues sending a copy of it over to me. He emailed me and kept me up to date on when the roofing would start. Brian and the crew came out and did a great job with the roof. They were very respectful of my home and property. They put down drop cloths to try and catch some of the mess flying off the roof. The stuff that missed the tarps, they actually walked around and picked up. These guys must of walked back and forth 100 times getting all the little odds and ends up!! They also brought the leave blower and made sure to get all that extra gravel parts away from the house. Once work was completed Sean promptly sent me an email with my final receipt for work as well as the warranty for the roof. If you want a roofer who is respectful to you and your property and takes pride in making sure your home looks nice you found them here with SDC! Give Sean and his team a chance. So glad I did! The entire crew w/ Desert Canyon was outstanding. They were courteous, professional, and showed me what was being done from the tear off of my flat roof to the plywood replacement, to the foam spray coverage to the elastomeric paint. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
