Ryan with best choice roofing approached me after we had a really bad storm. He gave me a free roof inspection and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. He represented me through the whole process and did my roof in just a few short weeks and it was fully paid for by the insurance! THE CREW WAS AMAZING AND FINISHED IN A DAY! I 100 percent recommend using this company!

Decided to get solar panels installed on the roof of my home and Geo Roofing was hired to do a partial reroofing. Not only did they do a very poor job they failed to complete it and my home received water damage due to rain. It’s been 3 months and the issues still isn’t resolved. I highly do NOT recommend this company.

The Workers were amazing. They finished this large two story Roofing installation in 5 days. The workers were always on time and cleaned up each day. The Price charged beat all the bidders. 30 year warranty with 15 year workmanship could not be matched. If you need a new roof, call them for a free inspection and estimate. You will be glad you did. Not a fan or a relative. This review is authentic. Contacted this company by e-mail. No response. Called and arranged a roofing inspection with Kyle. Inspection never happened. Called to complain and spoke to Rick - whose attitude was offensive and insulting.

Rick was not interested in resolving the matter, simply passed the phone to Kyle who made some excuse then hung up the phone. AFTER posting negative reviews, Thomas Roofing had an epiphany, offering apologetic and contradictory alibis. Oh well. The train has left the station.

In terms of customer service? There clearly is none. Be wary of a company that fails to respond to e-mail, schedules appointments but fails to follow through and is totally unresponsive and insulting to the resulting customer complaints.

The crew was very clean and professional, kept my yard/pool super clean and picked up after themselves which I really appreciated! I ask them to kindly to be careful with a camera cable and they did not unplug, instead worked around it without damaging and I was very thankful for that.

Jim D, was very helpful and honest on the extent of repair that my roof needed. Did some minor patching and provided a rough estimate for total roof replacement.

I appreciated the professionalism of the Canyon State Roofing & Consulting team, from Jim who answered all my questions regarding the quote, Miguel, the project manager, who kept me informed and regularly checked in with me and the job. The team did a great job within a couple of days due to the crazy, rainy weather we were having. I highly recommend Canyon State Roofing & Consulting for all your roofing needs.

They were more than professional. They showed up when they said they would and did a wonderful job re-roofing our home. They also cleaned up after them selves. I would highly recommend them to my friends and famliy.

Great service from start to finish. Very professional and personable. The contractor who came out initially to give us an estimate took his time to thoroughly explain the process, materials used & options. They completed the job in 1 day! Wow, these are some hard working guys. They were as neat as possible & did a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards. The contractor came out to inspect the job & showed us before & after pictures of water damaged areas that were repaired. Quality workmanship! Highly recommend this roofing company.

There is a driver for this business that is absolutely dangerous. This company should reconsider who they hire if they have employees like this man. If I was not as quick to respond as I was, this driver would have caused a terrible accident. He continued to leave his lane and swerve into mine, almost running me and my two kids off the road. The truck number is SC0800593. I hope something is done about this, as it seems like this is a continued issue according to their reviews.

Within a day of requesting a quote, Duane showed up on time and could not have been more helpful and patient with all of my questions. I received a quote by email within an hour of his visit and a personal call to thank me for giving him a chance to assist in our project. Typically I get two estimates for work like this....but this time I cancelled the second appointment as it was clearly unnecessary to look further.

We hired Priority to remove and replace the roofs on our 11 townhouses in our HOA due to wind damage, they are very professional and knowledgeable. They schedule and take care of everything, including solar removal and reinstalling it. Richard & Gloricela are the owners of Priority and they make sure everything is done correctly and everybody is completely satisfied.
