Worst experience, I have ever had with a company! I signed my contract and gave my deposit back in December 2022, it is now March 2023 the materials have been sitting in front of my house for a month and I still don’t have a date as to when my repairs will be started! Dakota was my sales rep and after I signed my contract he just disappeared and I couldn’t get ahold of him. I was finally fed up with the lack of communication, so I reached out to get my deposit back. I was then in contact with Jason who is just as bad as Dakota the lack of communication is unreal! I have told them multiple times that this repair was emergent due to the leaking in my kitchen ceiling every time it rains, but no one seems to care about that! Highly recommend you find a different company to work with if you want to be able to get ahold of them and get updates or your project completed in a timely manner because you won’t get it with this company!

I can not say enough praises for this roofing company! They arrived within 4 hours to do an emergency tarp service after a storm. Upon inspection Jim decided they could just as well go ahead and do a repair for us instead. We were very thankful because it rained even more that night. A job that was supposed to only take around 6 days ended up taking more than four weeks. That was after they realized they put the tiles on UPSIDE-DOWN at about 70% completion. We had to clean up the yard several times ourselves as they just threw waste on the ground and left it there during monsoon season. Now, several weeks after they've been paid, I've been calling every day to get close out documentation. Nobody returns my voice mails (since they won't answer) and no documents received. Probably one of the WORST home repair experiences of my life.

I love my new roof. This roofing company provided quality product and service. I have a FrenchTraditional style home , so my roof is enormous. His crew was very professional and efficient. Not only did they do a terrific job on the roof, but they cleaned up so I didn't have to come behind them to get everything in order. I chose the architectural tiles and they look tremendous! They really upgrade the appearance of my home. With all the rain we are having, I am so glad I have my new roof and don't have any worries about leaks or damage.

Jack the Roofer is a HUGE RIPOFF - HE TOOK THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM ME AND Gave ME A 12 YEAR GUARANTEE. I had my entire roof done 3 years ago and have had them back 3 times already for leaks. Now I have yet another leak in my office in a different spot. I’ve been trying to notify Jack and he keeps avoiding all of my text messages and calls. He had no problem taking my money yet he doesn’t want to come back and fix his horrible work. His son from what I remember is very reliable and I will try to reach out to him on Monday before I take this any further. I wish I would’ve gone with my first instinct and never hired them, the only reason I did is because of a family member who in the beginning swore they were amazing although now their tune has changed about them as well.

I LOOKED AT MY FLAT ROOF THAT IS LEAKING FROM MY SECOND FLOOR And IT’S AN AWEFUL JOB. Last year when I had the leak in my front room, I even told Jack how he placed my tile on wrong and it looks atrocious from the road, he would never respond back to me because he knows he screwed up. This man is absolutely unprofessional, unreliable and LOVES MAKING EXCUSES and I would not recommend them to anyone. Last year he took a picture of one of my leaks and said it was a stucco repair needed when in fact it was not. It was his shotty job on the roof above the master bedroom in my home.

If I don’t hear back from them by the end of next week, I will be contacting the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AS WELL AS THE REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS. I’ll let the Registrar see their pathetic work.

Alma School Rd. and W. Main St. in Mesa, AZ. It's now a Burger King, but that roof is still on the building keeping the inside dry... so they can enjoy the rain.
