Best New Flat Roof in Phoenix AZ

We have used them for two repairs now. Happy with the quality of work. At times feels like they are a bit slow to communicate but it may be because they are a smaller company. Other than that we recommend them to all who ask us.

We had several quotes for a full roof replacement + patio fixes and PCC Roofing & Construction blew all the others out of the water with their great pricing, quality materials, in house carpentry for our patio rebuild & fantastic warranties. I hired Starkweather to replace my roof & sustained the first leak I have had in nearly 40 years & other roofers. It cost me a bit over $8500. for this leak and I will say they did come out and repair it when I first found it. It took a while we do live in a very dry state. Is it fixed?? I hope so we have not had much rain since the repair. HOWEVER the damage to the ceiling in the house remains unrepaired. Starkweather DOES NOT fix that even though they caused it. I have not hired any one to fix it since I am still not sure the roof does not leak!! It makes me sick every time I look at it but if I get it repaired & still have a leak I would have to do it again!! WHAT A MESS. I cannot go up and even look at the repair (I am a 75 yr old woman with knee replacements) not that I would know by looking anyhow. I gave them 3 stars since they were always punctual and here when they said and left the job clean.

They don't repair all roofs as advertised

Pouring down rain and roof is leaking. They sent someone immediately to put a tarp on. The followup to determine the problem and make repairs was prompt and professional. They kept me advised with phone calls and photos throughout. Very pleased.

Edwin and his crew are top-notch. Our 25 year old tile roof underlayment needed to be replaced as well as our 35 ft rolled patio roof. They were here for 4 days and did an exceptional job from start to finish. They repaired my patio roof leak and replaced the facia boards, installed new underlayment and 3-rib valleys on the main roof, new bird-stop, replaced broken tiles and painted all areas to match. Communication and customer service are great. Solid job!

Home Show Scam?
Saw their display at the Home Show at the Cardinals Stadium earlier this year. I set up an appointment for a renovation consult/estimate. Ray came to the house and seemed overwhelmingly disappointed at me not wanting to spend less than $10k on a project. To prove that, he didn't take but 2 measurements and after several months he never contacted us again. I'm glad I didn't go with them because other contractors didn't have anything good to say about the owner.. too many negatives to list. Disaster averted!

This is our 2nd roof with Overson and we would never consider anyone else for the job. Professional, courteous, and excellent workmanship.

Hands down the best contractor I've ever worked with, from start to finish these guys were amazing. I had a portion of my roof redone and they did an amazing job. They scheduled me in when everyone else said they couldn't do it. They priced the job fair and did everything they said they would. Craftsmanship was A++. I really can't say enough good thigth about them I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Always quick to respond to any issues. They really stand by their warranty.

These guys were great! Great job and great cleanup. They even went through all the bushes looking for parts of old shingles. Alan, the owner went way out of his way and replaced an indoor plastic light cover AND bought 4 new LED florescent lights and installed them. He also cleaned out all the caked mud in the gutters!
