I love my new roof. This roofing company provided quality product and service. I have a FrenchTraditional style home , so my roof is enormous. His crew was very professional and efficient. Not only did they do a terrific job on the roof, but they cleaned up so I didn't have to come behind them to get everything in order. I chose the architectural tiles and they look tremendous! They really upgrade the appearance of my home. With all the rain we are having, I am so glad I have my new roof and don't have any worries about leaks or damage.

Gryphon Roofing was excellent, fixing a complex leak as well as the mess left by the first roofers we had. I could not be more impressed and pleased with Alberto, who worked alone (!), speedily and skillfully, and shared photographs that documented the work done. The contractor, the office staff, and Alberto were all friendly and professional. Thank you, Gryphon, and as for Monsoon Season... bring it on!

They were timely in providing an estimate and getting the work done. They left the project as clean as before they started.

I recently used pinnacle roofing to replace he underlayments on my roof. The job itself appears to be well done, however they left a mess behind when they were done despite the contract stating that they were responsible for cleaning up all debris.

As background, I was scheduled to have our roof done in mid July, however pinnacle called me in late June to see if I’d be interested in having them come early. I was going to be on vacation was assured it was no problem as they did not need to access the house.

The mess started they day before I left for vacation which was the first day they started working. After work, I came home to find our pool filled with debris and nails that could’ve wrecked the pool cleaner. When I called pinnacle to explain the issue and my concern given that I’d be out of town, they told me that the pool should’ve been tarped and that they would take care of it.

I returned home from vacation after the job was complete. I immediately found ~10 large nails in the driveway that could’ve easily wrecked my truck tires. I also walked to the backyard to find all of our plants dead and the pool water dangerously low. I later discovered that the water to the house had been shut off while I was gone and not turned back on.

I called pinnacle about this and while they did come out to inspect the quality of the roof work itself, I received no apology for the nails or the water being turned off. Instead I was told that they didn’t turn the water off to the house and that it must have been someone else despite them being the only ones at the house that week. When I asked to be refunded for the $200 we paid to replace the dead plants, they would only credit $100 (this was a $12k project). Their lack of accountability to the sloppy cleanup job by their team makes me think this is a common experience with this crew. If I were to do this job again I would use a different company.

Sean and Brian and the crew were 10+ ! Sean came on time and very courteous and friendly ( qualities you look for in a business) he took his time to survey not just the swamp cooler removal and repair, but took time and gave great advice about suggestions and tips for the rest of the roof. And they came and did it before the rain came, they could’ve waited, but he wanted to get the job done so we wouldn’t have to worry about our leaking roof!!! We contacted Priority Roofing when we experienced a leak after the last heavy rain and spoke to Richard, the owner. He immediately answered and fit us into the schedule within the same week. This was important to us because we had reached out to other companies for quotes and no one else could take on our project within the timeframe we needed. The workers that assisted us were fast, polite and efficient. When we had concerns that the leak may not have been fully addressed, we reached out via email late that evening. Even though we emailed him on a Friday night, Richard followed up with us first thing the next morning. He even came to our home that same day and walked us through the work that was done and explained how it will resolve our issue. Additionally, Richard assured us that the completed work has a warranty and let us know we can contact him if the issue persists in the future. Based on our past experiences with other companies, we weren’t used to service providers that listen to our needs or respond to our concerns, so Richard going above and beyond really set him apart from the competition. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional, and Gustavo did a great job on the repairs. I will definitely use them again when the time comes to replace or repair my roof.

Received a full reroof from JBS in April. They provided good communication and quality work. I waited until now to review to see how roof held up during most of monsoon season. Everything looks great! They are very responsive and detail oriented. Cleanup during and after install helped minimize nails and staples overall. I still recommend you use your own magnets if you have kids or pets as staples and nails find all kinds of crevices but that's to be expected. Great job overall and highly recommend.

Re-Vamp Roofing helped me with a leaky roof, the job consisted of replacing broken tiles, replacing old flashing, and replacing the paper. They responded quickly and got the job done efficiently.
