I did the research and I used them and now I have a perfect roof they are not the cheapest but they have a middle of the road price with a over the top product.! Don't miss out on a truly qualified company that don't screw around when they say they are going to be there at a certain time. Before they left in the evening they cleaned up the miscellaneous debris and when they were finished you couldn't tell they were there until you looked up at the roof. And are homeowners also commented how nice it looked and how fast the contractor was and are next door neighbors were also happy with the respect for their property they showed when parking in the neighborhood. We looked at numerous other companies to replace our aging roof and repair some failing structural beams. Four Peaks was price was in line with other companies but their responsiveness and professionalism was well above any other company we spoke with. Jason was extremely responsive and courteous and followed up on each request immediately. They were able to get started very quickly and their crew worked diligently to complete ethe repair & replacement. Some additional roof damage was found and Jeff clearly explained what was needed and had his team come in on Sunday to keep the project on schedule. Jason and Jeff both checked in throughout the project and once it was completed, Jason came back and walked the roof with us to show exactly what had been done and ensure that the quality was up to standard. During the project, we had neighbors ask who we were working with as they were impressed with the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend Four Peaks. They were easy to work with and the end result looks amazing. As an aside, a huge rainstorm came in the day after completion and no issues were revealed. Very happy with Four Peaks.

This guy should be locked up - repaired the roof of the home i am in for the previous owner. failed to put in a double sheath - he told the owner it had a double sheath. We bought the home -and it rained in Oct for a few days., water leaked into the home the exact placec that he said he did the repair.. Mark Dunn estimate to repair his mistake was for $5000. He would not fix what he messed up for less.
I found my old roofer in Scottsdale and he did nit for $550.

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
