The Tacheny crew arrived promptly and got to work tearing off our old roof, repaired a couple areas of water damaged OSB and then proceed to install our new roof. They got it done it one day!!! Yes, one day. Now there were alot of guys working and they all worked very cohesively. Our new roof is beautiful and protects us from the elements. The warranty is fantastic too. I would recommend them to anyone needing a total roof replacement and/or repair.

I recently purchased a home, whose previous owner had a new roof put on by a different contractor only two years prior. During the purchase period, the home inspection determined that the chimney flashing was not sound and some moisture was entering the attic space. My attempts at having the original contractor correct the work in a timely manner was to no avail. I did some research and contacted Imperial. The owner was very responsive from the initial request for assistance. He came to the home to inspect the roof within one business day, and got his crew to replace the chimney flashing one day earlier than his initial promise.The owner and his entire team is diligent and responsive from the very beginning. I would certainly turn to this roofing company again and will recommend to friends and family.

An estimator was at my house within a day of my phone call. Brooks was very thorough and they started work within the week. The work was done quickly and completely. So far so good, no leaks.

I reached out to this company looking for an estimate to get my roof replaced. The owner Travis came out and gave me a great price so I decided to move forward with their company. My wife and I agreed on a color on Tuesday and by Friday they had all the materials set up and ready to go. Monday morning the crew showed up bright and early and got to work. I was in a hurry to replace my roof because Tesla solar was installing my system and had moved up my installation date. Pinnacle was able to bump up my roof installation a few weeks in order to accommodate my solar install. I really appreciated this. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional. I was happy with my new roof.

I had to replace my entire roof which was a very expensive and stressful situation. I hired Brian and Shawn from PCC and was totally satisfied with this experience They were caring, professional, efficient, and thorough. It was a three day job, and every day before the workers left, they cleaned up and it looked like no one had been around. I certainly hope that I will never have to repeat to do this again, I would hire PCC without any hesitation. If you need competent, call PCC.

The team was extremely quick and efficent in the job they did. The roof looks 100x better. Very clean and they got rid of all those unneeded satellites left behind by previous owners. I love the end result.

Darryl and his team were consummate professionals in first listening to what services I had in mind. Secondly, providing me a variety of options to achieve my goal after inspecting the roof and assessing the scope of services that could be provided to help us to accomplish our desired outcome. We then were provided a tentative scope of work with a menu of options for us to decide the optimal level of services we would need to reach our goal. After the scope of the contract was agreed upon the work was scheduled and accomplished within the timeframe agreed upon. The ongoing communication throughout the project was outstanding! That is the way customer service should be performed. Each day the work crew was diligent in cleaning up around our property before the start of the next day's activity. It lessens any disruption to my surrounding neighbors which was very important to us and did not create a visual distraction to our broader neighborhood either. Once the job was complete an inspection was done with our input to make sure the end product met our satisfaction which it most certainly did. My wife and I are very satisfied customers. We selected a firm not driven solely by price but with a proven track record of excellence in service and product. Curtis-C Roofing came recommended by our builder and we noticed two cracked tiles . It was about a month until we could get on the schedule. When they arrived they were on-time professional and quick. The customer service was great and the lady on the phone was very informative and helpful. They will be our first call for any other roofing issues.
