Darryl and his team were consummate professionals in first listening to what services I had in mind. Secondly, providing me a variety of options to achieve my goal after inspecting the roof and assessing the scope of services that could be provided to help us to accomplish our desired outcome. We then were provided a tentative scope of work with a menu of options for us to decide the optimal level of services we would need to reach our goal. After the scope of the contract was agreed upon the work was scheduled and accomplished within the timeframe agreed upon. The ongoing communication throughout the project was outstanding! That is the way customer service should be performed. Each day the work crew was diligent in cleaning up around our property before the start of the next day's activity. It lessens any disruption to my surrounding neighbors which was very important to us and did not create a visual distraction to our broader neighborhood either. Once the job was complete an inspection was done with our input to make sure the end product met our satisfaction which it most certainly did. My wife and I are very satisfied customers. We selected a firm not driven solely by price but with a proven track record of excellence in service and product. Anyone who may need service or replacement of their roof we would wholeheartedly endorse this company as one you should give serious consideration in selecting them as your go to roof services company. After a monsoon storm, one of my bedrooms had a water leak. I called Solution Roofing after the insurance company called it normal wear and tear. Oscar and his team came out, pulled some of the concrete tiles and did an inspection. He gave me several options for the repair and also a quote for the full roof since it's at the end of it's life cycle. I went with just the repair of the bedroom area with double paper for extra protection. Oscar stopped by a few days later to go over the contract and I told him it rained again but no water came through to the inside. He said it was because he did a temporary fix during the inspection so there would be no added damage, it will hold up for a little while. That was before I even agreed to use them, what great service!

A separate employee came in and had the ceiling drywall done in one day including new insulation and texture. They also completed the outside in one day, I had some existing broken tiles and they replaced them with new ones in the closest available color. This company knows their stuff and provides a great service, give them a call.

Used Centrik to replace my entire roof, they replaced plywood, skylight, brought vents to code and the tile installation was first class- best roof in the neighborhood- family run company - they care about quality and their reputation!

I was on the Tempe High School Job and all I can say is call and ask for Bill the maintenance supervisor and all I heard was how much Roofing Southwest screwed up the job. The broke all kinds of stuff, had crews not show and in the end made Bill very unhappy. In talking to the job foreman Tim and Rick all they did was threaten and complain about the job. If you have a commercial roofing job I suggest you look elsewhere or you to may not like this companys work.

Alan was very professional and easy to work with! We called to have our roof looked at since we had loose tiles with some not even attached correctly to the roof (our house is only 6 years old). He quickly came out and gave us a quote and had it done in a very reasonable amount of time.

I would recommend you have Alan come out and have a roof inspection done to make sure your roof will last for many years to come.

Fast response and friendly service

We had Jeff and co resurface our flat roof and cannot be happier with the results. I was a little concerned because we had just painted and have black trim...eek, who knew but Jeff had a wonderful man, Terry, on the job who managed to coat the roof without incident. The work was immaculate and completed quickly! We will definitely use Northgroup when it’s time to resurface next time!

Good prices

We have three flat roof sections and a walk deck that we have had coated every 5 years. After 19 years we wanted to do more than the coating paint and started researching roofers and foam products. We saw a couple of Ultra Foam company trucks in and around our area shortly before we started getting quotes. Ultra Foam Roofing had great reviews, but our final decision was when another roofer was out and said foaming was a good idea for the three flat roofs and then he recommended Ultra Foam Roofing who he had used himself. We got a quote (Jon explained the process with the quote) and scheduled the work. David, our tech, was on time, explained what he was going to do, did the work and it looks great. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend this company. Great customer service and workmanship.
