Best Commercial Roofing System in Phoenix AZ

On my house, Precision Roofing did a fantastic job! With GAF roofing, the golden pledge warranty, and siding, they installed the greatest products available in the industry. The project manager did a fantastic job of keeping the job on track and providing updates throughout the entire process. The workers were very polite, respectful, and responsible. Just had my shingle roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. Service was excellent, from the initial free estimate, they gave me an excellent price and finished my 2100 sq ft home in 3 days. They also made sure the site was nice and clean when they left and were very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Great customer service and great work overall!

15 years after construction, our house sprung a small leak. Jim came out to inspect and identified the cause, which occurred from poor workmanship around a vent when the house was constructed. After authorizing the work, the crew updated the entire section of roof around the leak and restored the tiles as they were before. Not soon enough, because the night after work was completed, we had a storm and the leak was no more! Overall, beautiful work and done sooner and faster than I had expected.

Diversified Roofing worked on my commercial property here in north scottsdale and they did an excellent job. They brought a very professional crew and they worked fast and efficient. That is really all I could ask for! I would recommend them to anyone looking for commercial roofing.

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

The workmanship was outstanding. They workers performed efficiently and professionally. I'm totally impressed and pleased with their work. Great group of workers.

I can not say enough good things about Travis Witt of Nextgen Roofing who conducted and or managed the emergency repairs, the damage documentation and the new roof installation. Their work was very professional, timely, and clean up after completion was exceptional

Joel is the nicest and will go out of his way for anyone. I had 2 flat roofs redone and they fixed shingles at my 3rd house. Great guy!!!

What impressed me is how fast they came out for the inspection and how honest they were. To top it off the roof came out great and 1 day ahead of schedule.

Wow! What an absolutely amazing company that truly goes above and beyond for their community! There was a kitten stuck on a roof and after calling multiple rescues, the fire department, and even fire halls (we even attempted get the cat down but lacked equipment to do so), my friend and I started calling roofing companies. Ramon Lopez, the GM of this business, brought his personal truck, and helped get the kitten down from the roof. He absolutely refused to accept any form of payment so we are coming into here to say THANK YOUR RAMON. If he's this amazing for his community and puts this much effort into saving a kitten, I can only imagine how amazing he is at his job. Hire this company for any and all roofing needs because this man just showed how amazing they are!

Josh and his crew were amazing! Josh is super accommodating and polite..a real gentleman. Josh went over and above what we needed to replace our roof. His crew did some minor damage to a gutter…Josh replaced everything! They even painted the roof vents to match the new shingles..I didn’t ask for that and never expected it. Thank you Centrik Roofing. Finally, I found a roofing company that has high standards, excellent quality work, and fair prices. We obtained bids from several companies to re-felt our tile roof. Centrik was on the lower end for price, but their work was definitely high end. Centrik is family owned and operated. Henry Monzon and his sons Agusto and Henry were all great to work with. They made my husband John and I feel like we were family! Agusto always answered calls or returned them within minutes. He provided us with a detailed estimate with an overhead view of our roof. They did not nickel and dime us and included everything we might need as part of the price. We needed some rotted decking, roofing tiles and trim replaced. They used a high quality rubberized MB felt as well. They arrived on time, completed all work as promised, and finished in 2 days. They were careful to clean up each day, even using their blowers to clean our furniture, which needed cleaning already from leaves and debris. They carefully looked for nails, trash, etc. Although I know it is almost impossible to find everything. Lastly, they have good hearts and care about their work and the clients they work for! The roof and trim look spectacular! I highly recommend them!

We have used Arizona's Finest Roofing for both roof repairs and a full roof replacement. They will let you know what condition your roof is in and what repairs are needed. If you need need your roof to be completely redone they will provide you a range of options to fit your budget and needs. Danny has been great to work with over the years.
