The success of the company and great reputation has been around over 30 years which says something for itself. Israel is a veteran of the US Air Force with integrity and honest business practice which makes it so easy to work with him and work for him. Kristeen is always there to show her appreciation to the employees successes by acknowledging them or giving small appreciation gifts. There are incentives for your education and seniority working for CRI electric. I enjoyed the team aspect and holiday and birthday luncheon celebrations. Manuel was very responsible and on-time. He cleaned up after himself which was a plus in my book. He took his time and ask me was I ok with his work. Keep his word on his estimate.
