The folks at Citywide are professional and helpful. They take the time to explain what's going on and give you options to choose from for repairs. I have an old home with a variety of electrical issues and taking the time to explain the issues and possible solutions was very satisfying to me. The quality of the work was excellent, they made every effort to not damage old plaster walls. Additionally, they worked in a way that limited the inconvenience of the whole house being without electricity. Their pricing was competitive. I highly recommend Citywide Electric.

Andrew kept in contact with me to let me know he was on his way. Within minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and fixed a bad switch. Very honest and efficient. Would definitely contact again for any future electrical issues.

I called in an urgent request and was assured an email would be sent to me and a technician would be out between 1:30 and 4:30 PM the same day. Neither happened. Next day I called again to find out when they would go out to the property, I was told my request would be escalated and sent to the manager who would get in touch with me. That never happened either. Eventually I called another company and was able to ge the urgent issue attended to with very attentive provider. I will not recommend this company.

Fast, Friendly, and Fair! I was looking around frantically after a ancient fuse corroded a terminal to the point of breaking off in my hand as I changed out the fuse. I contacted 6 different companies; some didn't even answer and others said they'd phone me back. The moment Valentine picked up, listened to my problem. (I though I would need an disconnect switch installed which usually runs around 300-400 you can take a look at the pictures) he told me he would be at my house in about 1 hour. He even phoned me 40 mins to remind me he was on his way. He arrived in 55 minutes. He quoted me a very reasonable price for the parts and the labor and was done in less than 2 hours IN THE RAIN!! He and his assistant, Andrew were honest and kind. These guys are amazing!!!! A++++

We just got our free estimate today. Work Will be performed later in the week. So far, everything is on target. Won’t know about quality or value until work is performed. :)Update: work was completed. We needed a 220 dropped for our new spa. The electrician who stayed and did the job was great, friendly and knowledgeable. His helper was as well. Overall, the work was done promptly and is guaranteed. Appears to be a family oriented company and it shows. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Had a dryer stop working on Tuesday because of a bad breaker fuse. Was able to call them on Wednesday, schedule for Thursday and have everything fixed that day. Everyone was very respectful and straight up about pricing and time windows. If you have a problem do yourself a favor and call Eric.

Absolutely great service. Made a call earlier the same day to my home warranty company. I didn’t expect to get someone out the same day on a Saturday. Leo arrived within a couple of hours and took care of the problem quickly. I will call them in the future for my electrical service needs.

I wanted to leave a review because I personally use reviews to determine if I want to try a business or not. I cannot say enough about this company. First of all, I was looking for an estimate for a plug I wanted to have installed on my patio and they do that for free. I called another company first who wanted to charge me to come out and give me an estimate. As if!!! Second, I don't know anything about electricity and these guys could have told me anything and sold me anything and I wouldn't know any better. But instead, the tech explained what I did and didn't need. He didn't try to upsell anything or convince me to get something that would cost more and that I didn't really need. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.
