John was very professional and kind. He found the problem and was able to fix that and take care of another issue for us. I highly recommend Josiah Electrical Contracting. We had called numerous other companies that couldn't get to us for over a month but Josiah Electrical Contracting was able to fit us in and get to us right away.

I recently had an electrical emergency at my dads house, rather than have him try to fix it himself, I told him I would call him an electrician. I was referred to John Jones Electric by a friend who has used them many time in the past. I called and talked with their dispatcher, and told her that I thought we had an emergency at the house, as my dad said a burnt smell was coming from a wall plug. She told me that they would get someone over as soon as possible. After I got off the phone with them I headed over to my dads house, it took me maybe five minutes to get there and the electrician had beaten me there! He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He even wore covers over his shoes when inside the house. We were very pleased with the work and thought the price was great for the quality service that we received. These guys are a very professional and knowledgeable outfit and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. In fact, I just told a friend about them and he used them for a project at his house and could not be more pleased! They definitely have a customer for life with us!

Bait and switch not appreciated. They said they charged $50 to come out and give an estimate on repair. Not so. They wanted another $285 to run a diagnostic. I feel conned. I do not recommend this company.
