Christopher with Desnina Electric took care of us and did a great job. We needed a residential repair that involved going in to our attic and working on our gfci outlet and panel in our garage. Christopher came out on short notice and was prompt. He walked me through each step he would take to repair after troubleshooting and then quoted us the price. After the work was completed, Christopher showed me that the problem was resolved and checked each effected outlet around the exterior of our home. These are the keystone cops of electricians. No less than 3 different people came to diagnose and fix the loss of power to a portion of one room. After over $2000 in unnecessary work, and 4 different lengthy visits to our home it was discovered by electrician #3 (the only one who seemed to really know his stuff) that one outlet had corrosion and was the source of the problem all along. This was after re-routing a room to a different circuit and changing a bunch of outlet connections. Electrician #1 (completely incompetent) had looked at that outlet on the very first visit and called in Electrician #2 (supposedly the owner) who just recommended changing several outlet connections, but not the bad one. Now we have breakers that blow when running the vacuum cleaner, running a blow dryer, etc. that we didn't have problems with before. It will take a lot more money to correct their fixes. DO NOT USE!! They did more harm than good.

Matthew and Mat both gave outstanding service. They took time to explain exactly what the issue was and how they planned to repair it. They are very professional and knowledgeable!!!

Warning, was excessively overcharged. Part cost less than $100, repair took less than half an hour, was overcharged at $400. Yes, they did work for us and the only time the owner responded was on this review to accuse me of falsifying. Stay away unless you don’t mind being treated badly. Do not recommend.
