Your electricians are very professional. They were courteous and efficient by being on time for the appointment, as well as doing their assigned job in a timely fashion. They were also open to listening to my concerns and questions and graciously responding to them. They installed an outdoor fan with a light fixture for me. I will most likely be contacting Arc Angel Electrical Solutions in the future for other electrical projects.

Breakers were tripping. Called Arrow and they were responsive, explained what the issue was, and replaced the malfunction parts. Definitely would use Arrow again. Great job!

What I pay for is a responsive company that actually answers the phone or returns your call; a company that It shows up on time, is knowledgeable, exercises caution and care in my home, and meets or exceeds my expectations with the quality of work that is done. I think Harter Electric fits the bill on all these accounts. I had recessed lighting put in, and I'll use Harter on my next recessed lighting job, too. It was very refreshing to have them not only do what they said they'd do, but also do it well. Great company.

I called to speak to an employee named Justin Allen who helped me once before but when I called another time suddenly he no longer worked there until I can up to the Benbrook/Fort Worth office where he did in fact work. Poor people and communication skills.

Each person they employed is rude, terrible customer service, not helpful. If it wasnt for my builder, I wouldn’t work with this kind of company. RUN!!
