We had a wiring issue in our commercial building. They were able to very quickly diagnose the problem and get it fixed within an hour. Very professional and helpful.

If i could give HR Phoenix 10 stars i wouldn't hesitate! Over the past year i have had the need for electrical services twice. Last year all i needed was a couple of outlets fixed, the company i called wanted to sell me -both a membership and $3500 in kitchen light fixtures. All i needed was 2 outlets fixed! The day before i called Phoenix i called another company, they told me i needed a brand new panel at a cost of $6800. I called Phoenix and their electrician Paul was great. It took him about 2 minutes to figure out what was causing my breaker to keep tripping. A) i didn't need a new panel B) i didn't even need a new breaker, an old outdoor outlet was the problem. Again i can't say enough good things about these guys.

Great service as always. They kept me posted on status of a part that could not be found. They were there first thing the next morning with part and completed the job.

I called to speak to an employee named Justin Allen who helped me once before but when I called another time suddenly he no longer worked there until I can up to the Benbrook/Fort Worth office where he did in fact work. Poor people and communication skills.

Each person they employed is rude, terrible customer service, not helpful. If it wasnt for my builder, I wouldn’t work with this kind of company. RUN!!

Just had one of their people pulling one of their trailers blow past me on I-20 westbound at Great Southwest Parkway flying down the shoulder!!!! Really GREAT advertisement !!!!
