We have used Enoch multiple times now and have always been 100% satisfied. They are always fair on price, prompt if not early, quick to respond and extremely friendly. I have recommended them to friends who have also had great service.

They added a transfer switch to the house to make hooking up my portable generator to the house super easy and at a good price. Randy was very knowledgeable getting things ordered and scheduled over the phone and email. Steven did a great job with the install with minimal power disruption. Also fixed a grounding issue and added a new light fixture and switch.

If you need to have your electrical done correctly. Double Eagle Electric is the company to get a hold of, the service is great everyone involved did a great job. Owner Marshall has a great crew onboard: I want to thank Dale, Mike, David, Patrick and roughly 6 other workers that I never go to talk to or didn't introduce myself to. True professionals, Beers on me guys. I would highly recommend Doube Eagle Electric to anybody who has any electrical problems or projects they work and deal with all residential commercial or industrial projects.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
