Best Heater Installation Services in Fort Worth TX
I could not be happier with my experience. Warren, my technician was fantastic and did a thorough and professional job. I recently purchased my home and knew it had several electrical issues. Warren went over everything with me, gave me a detailed quote and the prices are definitely competitive. Also they gave me save day service! I have a new electrician!

Chris and his team helped us out in the middle of a move. My garage was a mess and we had boxes all over the house. They worked around the mess and were professional, responsive and fast. I'd absolutely recommend Jacquots electrical to anyone looking to have electrical work done in DFW.

I highly recommend Wilson Home Services. My furnace went out and upon evaluating the repair needs and discussing the situation with Eric, with NO high pressure sales pitch, I made the decision to replace my unit rather than repair anything else on it. Wilson Home Services had kept it running the past two years with modest cost repairs. My install was set up for the next day. Chris and Isaac did an absolutely wonderful job of install. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. I could not be happier with the outcome. Especially as temperatures are expected to be 20 and below for the next 48 hours or more. Thank you for this excellent service and helpful, professional staff. Let the crazy Texas weather begin!!!

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
