Team Enoch was a life saver. I had received an insane quote from another group, through my home warranty. Just to get a second opinion I looked at home advisor and was contacted by Miles. He agreed that the job should be much cheaper and got someone out to double-check their findings. Within a couple of days they had the replacement unit and after a few hours our A/C was back up and cooling. Lupe and Fuego knocked it out of the park. These will be my HVAC guys going forward and I will suggest them to everyone.

I had a light on my patio entryway that was blowing out bulbs and then just wouldn’t turn on. I scheduled an appointment for 8am Monday. Stephen showed up about 15 minutes early and immediately went to work. He noticed we had faulty wiring and the light fixture itself was also broken. He replaced the wiring for a fair price and completed the job in about 40 minutes. We will definitely call Breeze again if we need any more work done!

Ryan S did a good job servicing my HVAC and easily convinced me to sign up for a service contract sign I had small repairs on my AC and saved 20% on the service. He also showed me my dirty vents and recommended duct cleaning and schedule a date and time and told me I can change it and reschedule if needed.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
