I was a member at Heart and will no longer work with this group. In an emergency plumbing situation they're on call person did not pick up. They called back a day later, we were lucky enough to get the water off. Their on call staff scheduled an appointment for the same day because it was an emergency. Then their regular staff rescheduled or tried to reschedule twice. When the plumber finally arrived they refused to fix the plumbing. Absolutely ridiculous, a membership gets you nothing, and this company is not worth the price or the headache.

We had Matt's company come out and do some electrical work in our basement. Couldn't be happier with the price and service. They completed the work much faster than I expected, and no mess for me to clean up afterwards. We have some more electrical work coming up in a few months, and will definitely have Matt do the work again. Thanks again Matt!

Just what I needed - a fast expert to install a light fixture

Joel came out today to fix a switch for our light and fan in the bedroom. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The switch was a step switch that had been poorly installed years ago by the previous owners and once Joel had it dismantled, he showed us that it had been improperly wired and explained how he was going to get it straightened out and on a new, dual step switch instead of the single one. He did a great job and I'm very satisfied with the results!

Kory Lindsay has done a few electrical jobs for me and he does a great job, prompt and professional, I would recommend him to anyone.

Your employees are idiots who don't know safety. I was at DIA and they were doing radiation tests. A guy was standing there with caution tape but didn't caution off any of the seating even though you weren't allowed in that area. There were hundreds of people in the area including small children. I told him to tape off the area where we werent allowed due to radiation testing and he got irritated and refused. In the time he spent arguing with me he could have taped it off. Well done.

I wanted to say thank you to Great Guys, for sending Ethan today to look at my furnace, to see why it is not working and determined it is very old and needs to be replaced. Ethan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and explained repairing the old furnace VS replacing it with a new one. We decided to replace it with a new furnace, Jacob and Tony will come tomorrow morning to install the new furnace. Also, he was very kind to include installing a modern Thermostat and removing the old one. The Great Guys was able to accommodate me the next day to put in the new furnace and the new Thermostat. I am very grateful for their services! This company in the past, Marcus Fauth Owner put in a new AC for me and did not overcharge and did an excellent job in every aspect! Thank you so much, JS

I had just a very satisfying experience with Cascade Solar. They monitored my energy usage with Xcell to make sure that I installed the proper size panels to provide maximum savings. Installation was dove very professionally and with no issues. Fair price for what I received. Do not look any further contact with Cascade.

As a licensed electrician I can honestly say most of the negative reviews I see should have been directed to the builder- NOT the electrical contractor. The contractor is paid specifically to build based completely on the SCOPE OF WORK and nothing else.

Also, having multiple circuits in a box is not only legal but completely safe. I’m not sure where another reviewer got this information from?? Thing is, I want people to be informed and not misled. So while I’m not sure of the competency of this company, I can assure you most of the negative reviews I see here are more than likely not justified.
