It occurred to me that my water heater was old and that I should replace it before it went out and potentially flooded the area. I contacted AAARK. As it turned out, my water heater was originally installed in 2002! They sent Chad out on 1/13/21 to give me a quote and he installed the new water heater on 1/14/21. Both times he called when he was on the way. He was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He drained the old and lugged it out of the house, then brought the new one in, all single-handedly. He worked diligently and never took a break. He had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. When he was finished, he showed me how to light the pilot light should the need arise, and then he cleaned up after himself. Thank you, Chad!
This is the second time I've used AAARK. They replaced my furnace and air conditioning a few years ago. I have confidence that their technicians are competent and that their products have quality. Jose is amazing! He has worked on three different plumbing issues at our house ranging from a complicated behind the wall shower issue to replacing a gasket in our sink. He is always professional and so patient! He explains the issue thoroughly and always has a solution. Two other plumbers were not able to fix the shower issue that Jose completed successfully with ease.I have been so pleased with every interaction with Jose and will definitely continue to work with Jose and Golden West.
