I recently purchased a new home and of course, the furnace went out on a freezing cold night. I went into the crawl space to try and fix the furnace myself, but that was hopeless. I contacted Frank in the morning and he responded to my home the same day. (an hour actually). After a short while my furnace was running again and supplying heat to the home. He explained to me the age of the furnace, pilot light, wiring, was extremely old (30-40 years) and I will need a new one soon. Even though I needed a quick fix today, I will contact Frank in the future when I am ready to install a new furnace in the home.

I had a Top Shelf Tech come to my house to work on my heater/water heater. I had a problem afterwards. Top Shelf Customer Service called me and they fixed my problem right away. They were very professional and courteous to me. A very upstanding company!
I would definitely use them again if and when we have heating, plumbing, or electrical issues!

Blue sky plumbing came out to service my HVAC unit on Friday. They spent 3-4 hours cleaning and trying to get it to work and wound up having to reschedule the visit for the following Monday.The tech had explained to me that with the membership it would be cheaper. So we paid the 150$ extra.Monday comes around and we get no call of a cancellation. I had to call them to find out they canceled the visit.Shady upsales tactics and the no alert as to a canceled apt for a member.Just go to someone who has a more modern system these guys only do traditional ac units with freon.Ground pumps and air pumps are the way of the future.

Jose is amazing! He has worked on three different plumbing issues at our house ranging from a complicated behind the wall shower issue to replacing a gasket in our sink. He is always professional and so patient! He explains the issue thoroughly and always has a solution. Two other plumbers were not able to fix the shower issue that Jose completed successfully with ease.I have been so pleased with every interaction with Jose and will definitely continue to work with Jose and Golden West.
