The evening of 2/14/2021 our furnace stopped working- the coldest day of the year (-10 !). We survived the evening but called 1st thing in the morning and they were able to send a tech out within 2 hours. Travis was the tech who came out. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly identified the problem (a high limit switch), put in a used part while he ran to the warehouse to get new part so our house would start to warm up, then returned and completed the repair.
I appreciate that Travis took extra time to explain that the MERV11 filters I were using were too restrictive for the furnace we have and had caused the issue with the high limit switch. He advised on the proper filter and left the area where he worked as clean as when he arrived. Additionally, the total cost of the repair was VERY reasonable and way less than I expected.
I would not hesitate to use AAARK again or recommend them to family and friends. I found out that Travis had given up his day off to come and work this day because of the backlog of service calls. My family and I are thankful for his sacrifice on this cold February day!

Maddie and Lane were amazing with getting the job done around my schedule , they were knowledgeable , fast to fix some prior issues with the old set up that was outdated ... just a pleasure to have them work in my home ! All of the guys that performed the services as well as the representatives that take the calls are top notch at this company. Alex and Bob are great at helping get whatever paperwork is needed, and Brandon, along with Kodiak were phenomenal with their work in determining what the real problem was. Unfortunately for me it was a BIG problem. The guys had to tear up my basement floor (the smallest amount possible) to reach the pipes that needed replacing, put in new, high quality lines and drain, and then repair the concrete that had to be torn up. It was a big job but they got it done efficiently and did a great job. The guys that performed the repair work were meticulous in their completion and even moved all the necessary shelves, appliances, etc. in my basement before starting and after they were finished. Brandon swept up the work area after he moved the appliances back in place and everyone wore boot covers in the house to minimize dust traction. Very professional from beginning to end. The value for the work completed was beyond, and I’m so appreciative to have a working sewer system that I can rely on again without clogs or floods. If you need a job well done and plumbers you can trust, these are your guys.
