After having issues with the electrical breaker tripping for no apparent reason, the technician came out to figure it out. He was professional and a very pleasant young man. He was able to repair the problem fairly quickly and let me know what the exact problem was.

What a phenomenal experience! Brendan is the man! I called Golden West and Brendan was at my door 40 minutes after the call ended! There was no sneaky business. Everything was straight forward and Brendan had us blowing cold air 20 minutes later. Not only that, he helped us by recommending the VIP program that is absolutely necessary and worth it. $149 and you get priority service and no trip charge during regular hours and they knock $29 off of after hours calls. There are a ton of savings to be had.
