AAARK has taken good care of us for years. When our furnace went out in January shortly after buying our home, they had a new one installed at a reasonable price before we froze. And when our original air conditioner stopped cooling our home in the middle of a hot summer, they again quickly got us going and cooled down. And once again, on the coldest day in January when the heat stopped working, they came to our rescue right away and educated me on the value of regular maintenance. A little cleaning and we are good to go again. I highly recommend this company. They’re fast, respectful of property and reasonably priced. Thanks for taking good care of us!

I hired Frank to install a bathtub. He arrived without the plumbing hardware necessary for the install so I had to make several trips to Home Depot for him. It took a full day longer than estimated for the work. The cost was also higher than the initial estimate. The tub was not properly installed and Frank Garcia was not willing to resolve his substandard workmanship. Avoid this contractor!!!

We are lifelong customers of Applewood for one very good reason. They are great. We have to to experience a bad technician and today was no exception. Punctual! Arrived promptly at the beginning of the service window. Thorough! Explained everything so my layman brain could understand. Polite! My mom is a senior & I'm a woman and more often than not we are seen as dollar signs instead of customers. Our technician took his time to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend them!

I bought a newly-rennovated house that was over 40 years old and still had the original gas-fired boiler providing baseboard heat to all 3 floors. After having a very negative experience with the company I initially hired to inspect the system, I was fortunate enough to find Blue Sky. (First company charged $150 for inspection and said everything was working properly. After I moved in a month later it became obvious that this was totally incorrect: the system didn’t work at all! I wouldn’t have completed the purchase if I had known.)It was a totally different experience with Blue Sky. They provided great service: prompt, very efficient, and the technician explained everything he would be doing and why, as well as answering all my questions. The system is now working beautifully, and the work was completed for a very fair price.Blue Sky came highly recommended and I can see why! I would recommend them without reservation for any similar service.

Sewer related problems are never fun - especially the costs involved. However my experience working with Golden West Plumbing was excellent - from beginning to end. Jose (the lead) and his team Alex & Felix were timely, courteous, friendly, and kept the job site orderly and clean. Working out & through the details of the job - Jose was an active listener - he always fielded my questions & concerns, he proactively kept me informed on how the job was going, and always interacted with me and executed the job in a professional manner. Jose also made sure everything was left to my satisfaction - returning to the house to ensure the re-lay of the carpet was done to completion when we experienced a minor hiccup with the carpet re-stretching. As a reviewer of this company, I cannot speak to their cost competitiveness. Due to the timeliness of this job - I did not get several quotes as I normally do with house projects. However, regarding the customer service and overall experience - Jose & his team went above and beyond my expectations and that to me is worth a lot.
