Warner, Matt, and Trey were awesome! Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious (there was a LOT of cleanup and they did a great job). They put in our beautiful new light fixtures, fixed and added outlets to our old house, and upgraded our funky old panel. Definitely glad I went with these guys.

We bought a Noritz tankless water heaters 4 years ago. Josh reminded us that it was time to service it. And the servicing was included in the purchase from 2018 ! Also, he replaced the valve in the upstairs shower with ease. (Slow drip). He also replaced the filters in out water purifier. Very professional, cleaned up work areas, and was very easy to talk to. Not a pushy salesman. Tipping Hat has done lots of other work for us and have always been great, but a wee bit expensive. Remember, you get what you pay for !

Gage took the time to figure out the filter wasn't seated properly. He adjusted it, then stuck around to ensure it was working properly. He did an awesomeness job helping me to understand what he did to address the issue.

Rico is the real deal. Simple as that. This is now the 2nd time he's been here for our different requests and both times we are sincerely happy. Just finished replacing our main water shut off valve.The great news as well is that Rico doesn't mind giving me some free education about my specific questions concerning my home and our plumbing needs. He's a master plumbing, professional rep for Great West, and a genuinely good human being.
