I called one Monday morning about getting my drain scoped and I was able to get an appointment within the day. The technician who took care of the service, Jose Gallardo was friendly, efficient and careful. Jose completed the service in a very timely manner and very clearly laid out the options for going to us moving forward. 10/10 would use again

Golden West was able to put me on their cancelation list so that my AC unit was able to be fixed after waiting just a day instead of over a week. The repair wasn't cheap but the work is warranteed for 2 years assuming we service the unit yearly. I paid $640 for about an hour's worth of work, but I admittedly hadn't serviced the AC since we bought our home five years ago, so I actually think I got lucky with the cost of the repair. They were professional and communicative- what more could you ask for?
