I made arrangements to have these guys come out and take a look at our wiring and give us an estimate on what it would take to do (I waited 3 weeks for the appointment just to have them come take a look). He gave me a ballpark verbally and then, his name being Jeff, said he would be sending me a formal estimate and their scheduling person would be in touch. I called and did a follow up with them 2 weeks after they said they'd be sending me estimates/scheduling arrangements, and got a so sorry, we've been busy I'll try to get this over to you today.. that was nearly two weeks ago. I sent an inquiry through the website as a final hey, giving you every opportunity here kind of thing as I am just sick and tired of contractors wasting my time for appointments that they do not follow up on, and still nada. So here you go guys, the review you deserve.

The technician was great and very thorough in the work he performed. However it was very expensive in my opinion. $250.00 to change a single switch light switch that took all of ten minutes is highway robbery. I'll take some courses on this type of stuff going forward vs. getting hit in the wallet so hard for a simple repair.

Overall experience with this wonderful company is, I will always use them. They’re such a good positive company to work with their extremely professional they know what they’re talking about. I highly recommend them, especially Jacob anybody

Incredible service! The communication prior to the repair visit was excellent. The electrician who came out (Taylor) was great - on time, polite/friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail. He also worked with me to make sure that I got what I needed done at a reasonable and fair price. Genesis 1:3 will be my go-to company for electrical work from now on.

Top Shelf did a great job on updating the electrical in my garage. They were very professional, great communicators, offered a good price, and were very adaptable to my time needs and changes. Definitely will use them again.
