I have been using Wirenut for several years and there are reasons I keep using them. They are friendly professionals who know what they are doing and do it right the first time. Today was the first time I used them for plumbing and they sent Paul Hardy who arrived with a shadow for the day a little early. They were, as usual, very good. I always wince a bit at the price, but it’s not high enough for me to even consider shopping around. I know what to expect from Wirenut and I’m a satisfied customer.

First, I want to start by saying that Brothers was extremely fast and able to fix my furnace in a couple days. The HVAC technician that came out was on time, friendly, and a quick worker.However, just know with Brothers you are paying a huge markup for their ability to service promptly. I googled the part that they needed to replace on my furnace and it was in the $250-400 range. They charged almost 5times this amount (with labor included). The job took the technician less than 45 minutes. I had no choice as it was winter in CO and I have a newborn. I just felt taken advantage of. Their prices are marked up too high.

Really horrible company. The workers will lie to you to get you to pay...and then not come back. Don't use them for anything!!!! The owner is rude and mean.....they also charge you three times what others would...do your research first!!!!!

Jim Knight arrived, and after looking over the requested repair areas, sat down with me, and my relatives and did a great job of explaining the repairs required the plumbing in order. Even though it was later in the day, he promised to get the work done before he left - and he did.Jim did a great job, especially in the way he explained everything to my elderly mother-in-law, who was paying for the repair. She was still mentioning him days after the repairs were complete.Thanks AAA for sending Jim our way. He was fantastic!
