I contacted golden west to receive a HVAC estimate for a client of mine. Let me just say this was such a seamless, easy and fluid process. I experienced a friendly morning call/reminder, followed by a punctual arrival of my technician Carlos, Instantly I was impressed by his attention to detail, thorough work and his ability to explain the steps in a way that I am now more knowledgeable and will have the ability to better explain the procedure of a furnace swap to future clients. Carlos went as far as to give me multiple options (3) and to inspect and give recommendations/ estimates on other outdated components not initially requested. If you are seeing this review, just know I too was not sure about what company’s I could trust and that would provide good service. That all changed thanks to Carlos and the ladies at the office.
