YK ELECTRIC was AMAZING! I called in August about getting my electrical panel worked on for our home because it was original to the 1970’s. They were able to come out in the next three weeks with being respectful to our time frame. They came at the time we discussed, did the work within a day and left the home in good condition. I stopped by to ask a quick question about a residential wiring issue that I had, i’d taken multiple pictures and was well prepared for any answer. Unfortunately a sign on the door says visitors by appointment only, I called and spoke to “Larry” , He didn’t seem interested in even coming out from behind a desk to talk to me, or even look at the pictures, I get that it wouldn’t have netted him any income, but in the interest of good PR probably should’ve made the effort. Based On this experience I will not be contacting them for any of my residential electrical needs which from what it looks like would be possibly rewiring my home
