Matt and Todd helped me set up my new Sauna and they were great to work with. Super responsive and genuinely good people. I screwed up my heater after they installed it and they were quick to come back and help fix it (even though it was 100% my fault)....and they didn't even charge for their time even though they spent a decent amount of time trying to fix it. Purchased a Chargepoint car charger and they suggested Dutch Creek. Maybe a bit more expensive, but done right the first time. Inspector came out and said it was done properly and labelled properly. Installer was friendly, yet professional and got it installed quickly and efficiently. The line needed to run through an attic space that was very tight. It couldn't be run totally down the wall due to the slope of the roof, but this was done very well in my opinion.
