His work was high quality, he worked very efficiently, and he was very friendly and professional. Based on the experience I had today I would be highly likely to consult Red Fox Electric again in the future for any other electric projects.

Chad has done all kinds of work on our house - from installing a sub-panel and wiring our entire basement to installing a ceiling fan. He allows us to decide what we're comfortable doing, and perform that work ourselves while he does the rest.

Not only did they fix it, but they provided in depth details about how it was caused and recommended I get the remaining outlets in my home fixed as well to prevent further issues that could lead to a fire. As a mom of three kids, this information is highly invaluable. Also, they were done from start to finish in less than 30 minutes leaving everything clean. I will be using their services in the future to complete the recommended work, as well as any other electrical work I need done. I will also recommend them to anyone I know.
