Tim and his son exceeded our expectations. Tim called himself to provide a quote (which was far more economical than others I received). They came, they saw, they conquered. I live in an architectural building and it’s weird and picky. Huge ceilings, very thick walls. I had a big list of things to install and repair and fix and they took a look at my list and got to work. Explained why on some things, did some sleuthing on a few things and got much of it done, and scheduled an appointment to come back. Everything works, no mess, were very careful with my walls and floors - I will definitely make Piper my go-to for electrical. Much appreciated!

I had a great experience with JM Electric! I needed someone to switch a few outlets to GFCI, move a light switch, and look at a bathroom exhaust fan. They rewired our entire house which was built in 1959. An MCM gem. They were respectful of our homes historic status, quality of the work was exceptional and the price was fair and reasonable for the big job it became. We will continue to use Jimmy and his techs if we need any electrical work.

B&W Electric was fantastic! We contacted B&W Electric on a referral after several frustrating attempts to have our electrical problems fixed through other companies. Jarrod came out and gave us a very thorough and fair quote. Two days later he and his partner came out and worked for 10 hours in 90 degree weather to complete our job. My husband and I were blown away with what a great job they did, the excellent customer service they provided, how considerate of our yard they were, and the knowledge and quality of work they did. FYI Jim doesn't do agreements just estimates. He Started a total remodel of 2600 sf overhauled 100amp panel to 200 in October 2015! Took us 5 months to get started but we were warned up front Jim was that far out & busy. We passed the rough in then I saw Jim one more time in 2016 & we got 3 outlets & 1 switch! Yay! BUT

Haven't seen or heard from Jim since! We've texted called & emailed EVERYTHING has gone unanswered! Some girl answered his emails once then emailed me back to say she quit! Very fishy, maybe Jims website has been hacked. Maybe Jim is dead. We just don't know!

We just can't continue to wait on Jim to finish the House & call the building dept for final inspection. We don't know how good Jim is because we haven't passed final. Our concern is Jim might have known it might not pass so he just disappeared! With no agreement in place there's nothing but a verbal agreement. So he's been paid $6,800 & didn't finish the job! We liked Jim personally & just hope he's ok alive & his family is good!

My advice: buyer beware! GET AN AGREEMENT IN WRITING OR DONT HIRE!

I had a power outage at my bakery and during my panic with a shop full of coolers warming up a customer gave me Bryan's number at Energy By Design. He returned my call within a few minutes and actually diagnosed my situation over the phone. A hobo had flipped the switch of our main breaker box located in our alley. He was able to describe what I needed to find and what I should do without coming to my shop and charging me a trip fee. Such incredible customer service. THANKS Bryan!
