I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Finding a business I can rely on is wonderful. They have a great deal of expertise and talent. Our switches and ceiling fans were installed superbly by Electricall. I was impressed by how professional this business and its employees were throughout the process.

Ian was fantastic. He arrived towards the early part of the arrival window. He respected our home, our time, and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Everything went well. They were responsive, courteous and on time. They did a great job and we would use them again.

Tim and David were great to work with. The quote was reasonable, they showed up promptly and got to work. Everything was done to the highest standards, and it’s good to know that if I ever have any questions or need future work done, they are just a phone call away.

I booked an appointment with them 3 weeks in advance and then they called last minute asking me to reschedule because of an emergency. I reschedule for the following week and got a phone call again canceling because of an emergency. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Do not wait on them, use a different service.

Robert and his team were excellent. They installed a sub panel in my basement and the lights and outlets. So pretty much the whole basement job.

Checked entire electrical service,found the issue to be a connection on the hookup of the oven. Very prompt, very courteous, very knowledgeable, very professional.very pleased.

Jesse and his helper did a great job fun to talk.They cleaned up after their self did it in a very timely manner price was very very fair.
I flip houses and always doing things in the house the next one I get definitely want those two guys back so put them on my paper work.

Great environment

We had a great experience with Mr Sparky, and specifically Ben. We needed a hot tub installed, and Ben recognized that the old wiring was not up to par and fixed it. We also had a new outlet installed. Communication was excellent, and Ben was on time for both of our appointments and highly professional!

As a licensed electrician I can honestly say most of the negative reviews I see should have been directed to the builder- NOT the electrical contractor. The contractor is paid specifically to build based completely on the SCOPE OF WORK and nothing else.

Also, having multiple circuits in a box is not only legal but completely safe. I’m not sure where another reviewer got this information from?? Thing is, I want people to be informed and not misled. So while I’m not sure of the competency of this company, I can assure you most of the negative reviews I see here are more than likely not justified.
