I recently purchased a new home and of course, the furnace went out on a freezing cold night. I went into the crawl space to try and fix the furnace myself, but that was hopeless. I contacted Frank in the morning and he responded to my home the same day. (an hour actually). After a short while my furnace was running again and supplying heat to the home. He explained to me the age of the furnace, pilot light, wiring, was extremely old (30-40 years) and I will need a new one soon. Even though I needed a quick fix today, I will contact Frank in the future when I am ready to install a new furnace in the home.

Uli's response to the install was quick and yet took the time that everything would be perfectly in place and it met my mom's high standard of satisfaction. They were both so friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable in answering the many questions we kept asking about the install and the equipment.

JAKE came by to assist us with our thermostat which was malfunctioning. really wasnt much that could be done but he was able to provide us with a few options as how to proceed. they are close by, and have been very helpful in the past.

We called Golden West after our heat went out and they were able to get a technician out the next day. Brendan was great - he assessed and diagnosed the issues with our heating system quickly, explained what we needed to do to fix the problem and provided multiple options with different price quotes to help us figure out how to get our heat back on in the most cost effective way. Very professional! We plan to work with these folks again for any heat or AC needs!
