Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric were fantastic! Called them late one evening when my furnace blower went out and had an appointment for first thing the next morning (they had emergency service scheduling that wasn't required in my case).Cory presented a range of options in terms of work and cost, making sure we were well informed to make a decision and was able to get us repaired that day. We were quite satisfied, enough that the next day we called Heart back to investigate full HVAC replacement options and now we have an amazing dual fuel system that is sure keep us comfortable for years to come.When installing the system, Mason and his apprentice were keen to please. Mason worked with us on some minor improvements to accommodate future plans. This was hugely important to us! Equally accommodating was Corey, the master electrician who finished the job. He found some deficiencies and spent the time to correct them while also keeping our future plans in mind.For us a big selling point was the parts and labor warranties provided by Heart and their lack of hidden fees, charges, or unforeseen costs to a project. We feel very confident in the installers and the install!We will definitely be working with Heart for any future projects. Great experience, fair price, and exceptional service!

Working with Matt and his crew is always a pleasure. I have used them a couple of times with always great results. Very nice guy and always wants to clarify what actually needs to be fixed. Even told me that nothing needed to be done, when he could have easily charged for more work. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. They actually showed up and did the work the work in a very timely fashion. The chandelier they hung was not working so I had to return it and they came back and hung the replacement without adding to the cost which I absolutely appreciate. It was obvious they care about the work the do and the satisfaction of the customer which is rare in the handyman world. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Great experience and highly recommend! It's going to be 7 degrees tonight and our heat went out. Marcus showed up and fixed our issue. The heat is working. It's also snowing outside, the roads are not good, and it's Saturday night. He showed up and restored our heat. He was also very nice and so I'd definitely recommend using this business.

As a licensed electrician I can honestly say most of the negative reviews I see should have been directed to the builder- NOT the electrical contractor. The contractor is paid specifically to build based completely on the SCOPE OF WORK and nothing else.

Also, having multiple circuits in a box is not only legal but completely safe. I’m not sure where another reviewer got this information from?? Thing is, I want people to be informed and not misled. So while I’m not sure of the competency of this company, I can assure you most of the negative reviews I see here are more than likely not justified.
