Dominick from their electric service group came by on a Sunday afternoon with almost all of my power out, my freezers dead and heating, and all of my frozen food at risk of melting.

First Dominick tracked down a circuit breaker nobody knew about, then he found the fuse we needed replaced, and was already on the phone with the after hours places trying to shop for this fuse we needed.

After shopping around for an hour or so he realized that the part wasn’t in stock anywhere in town.

At this point, almost anyone would have went home and pushed it to tmrw because, after all, the part isn’t available. It would have been reasonable and I would have lost an entire restaurant of food.

Eventually it was night time and instead of going home Dominick offered to rewire my entire circuit box so I would be able to save my food overnight.

He fixed everything and because of him I saved an enormous amount on labor and food.

The absolute best customer service I have ever gotten. The epitome of “above and beyond”.

To make it even more over the top, Dominick was in the middle of smoking a brisket when he got our call and he interrupted his own family dinner plans to save our restaurant.

I can’t stress what a lifesaver this was and I can’t recommend these guys enough. They take real pride in what they do.

They treat their employees poorly, and the quality of service is dangerous. Gaylord Rockies Resort just had a catastrophic accident (HVAC let loose from the ceiling and fell onto guests, injuring six) due to poor service and instillation by RK Industries. This company is now known to produce hazardous projects that can hurt, maim, and kill. You're taking a risk to your business and it's image by allowing this company to potentially harm your clientele.

Let's get real for a second though. This happens when companies are cheap. Along the way, they cut corners and costs, and now six people are hurt; two people are in critical condition. This is disgusting. They put money over human life and now some people may have to live with the consequences of RK Industries greed for the rest of their lives.

Isn’t this company responsible for the HVAC collapse that nearly killed people and left others with life threatening injuries at the Gaylord Rockies Resort in Aurora, CO? I wouldn’t trust these builders to build a sand castle let alone another resort.

Their food is the worst. This short lumpy guy said he was the manager and said he made the food himself but I don't think he knows how to cook because he might have autism.

I worked at Mission Critical a little more than 3 years. You could not find a company that treats you so well. Work hard and your opportunities are endless. Management throughout RKMC have created a unique culture where employees enjoy their job and the results are evident in the productivity and quality of their products.

This is a very professional organization! Always aspiring to do their best for the customer and employees.

this company reaches out for possibility’s please look elsewhere. It’s a gimmick!! They don’t value there employees and it’s the possibility why they reach out to people living in other states…I was contacted and offered a project superintendent opportunity and posted it on my personal FB page and was told I couldn’t be apart of there company for doing so. As nothing was negative and all positive from relocating from Texas to Denver was just a hop skip and a jump

The verbal abuse was by 1- one lead? Was beyond disturbing.

When I worked for RK my mom had passed away….they where so awesome the paid me for the time I needed off….Bryce Delgado was my foreman…unfortunately I had to leave this wonderful company for a couple years..but I would love to return…great great company

Very poor/non existent planning coordination on the most recent project I had worked along side them on. They are non union which signifies low skill level and non existent training for their field workers. It shows. Their company seems to be an all in one company (electric, hvac, steel, carpentry, etc) which also signifies they master in none. That has been very clear in my experience in dealing with them on multiple occasions during my twenty year career.

I have called rk over the years and been treated with respect and in a courteous manner. I have been satisfied with their responsiveness. I have had only positive interactions.

RK is one of, if not the best mechanical engineering firms this side of the Mississippi River! I am a project foreman working out at DIA, at the moment. RK has always made me feel like I matter. They are always ready to reward and promote individuals who possess certain abilities and traits. I Highly recommend submitting your resume if you are interested in pursuing a career in the industry! 😉
