Andrew was nothing but professional! He handled my AC a year and a half ago, and remembered random things I told him when he came to look at my furnace today. On July 6th. we changed the whole panel in our house but a breaker had constant problems which caused problem to opening the garage door, so Damian came and quickly fixed the problem, did a complete inspection on it and gave good recommendations and estimate for the future. Kory was incredibly professional and went above and beyond trying to install an outlet in my home. He ended up having to trace an issue in my old home all around the house and provided explanation all along the way. Ultimately I chose not to move forward because the issue was a large one and would have required a drastic rewiring in order to perform what should be a fairly simple install to bring my place up to code. I would highly recommend Kory to anyone and plan to hire Kory for another job as soon as he’s available

They always were there in emergency situations during our construction. I would not use anyone else they have made the process stress free for me during a stressful remodel.

Ryan cleared out our main sewer line, thought we had fixed our basement flooding. Two weeks later it was backed up again, Ryan came out again, and looks like the backup is fixed now. I stopped by to ask a quick question about a residential wiring issue that I had, i’d taken multiple pictures and was well prepared for any answer. Unfortunately a sign on the door says visitors by appointment only, I called and spoke to “Larry” , He didn’t seem interested in even coming out from behind a desk to talk to me, or even look at the pictures, I get that it wouldn’t have netted him any income, but in the interest of good PR probably should’ve made the effort. Based On this experience I will not be contacting them for any of my residential electrical needs which from what it looks like would be possibly rewiring my home
